Student Withdrawal Form

Thank you for being part of the Dibber Family.

We are sorry to learn that your child will leave us soon. Please note that submission of this form is required as an official notification of your child's withdrawal.

For all student withdrawals, at least ONE FULL calendar month (30 days from the expected last day) advance notice is required. A full month's tuition fee is charged even if the student attends part of a month. The School reserves the right to deduct any outstanding fees prior to refund.

Acknowledgement note will be sent out within 10 working days upon receipt of the online form. If withdrawing parents/guardians do not receive the acknowledgement email in the time frame after the completion of the form, please contact the Admissions Office (admissions@dibber.hk).

If you are withdrawing your child(ren) at the end of this school year, please return the completed Student Withdrawal Form on or before 1st June. Otherwise, we will assume that your child is returning after summer and parents are liable to the tuition fees for August even if the student does not return to school.
