To ensure the safety of our unaccompanied students, Dibber Family follows a strict procedure for the release of children. This is a precautionary security measure used by all the Dibber Schools. Parents are issued with 3 Collection Cards for each child which must be produced by the authorised collecting person before we release a child. This applies to those children collected at the schools, as well as those riding on our buses. If a card is not produced but we recognise the collecting person, we will ask that individual to sign a register and provide their HKID number. If a card is not produced and we do not recognise or cannot verify the identity of the collecting person, we will not release the child from school / the bus. The collection cards have the child’s photograph on the front and details of the authorised collection person on the back. If the collection card is misplaced, please inform the school immediately. To replace the card, there will be a charge of $50.
